Water quality facility

In early October 2010, two severe floods in a row (from 1st to 6th Oct and from October 14 to 18) occurred in five central provinces, including Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue. Ha Tinh is where The most serious damage, including Huong Khe and Vu Quang, poor districts of Ha Tinh province, very serious damage. Flooding to people, was poor become poorer and very much influenced their lives, the daily activities and production.
