As a case study, the present work aims at investigating the bi-dimensional contact mechanics of wavy cosinusoidal anisotropic finite planes. The present work deal with the propagation of a horizontally polarised shear (SH) wave in an infinitely long cylindrical structure comprised of three concentric isotropic layered media. This paper present a high-throughput, low latency 4-pipeline stages architecture of AES with efficient throughput per resource (Mbps/slice). The proposed implementation achieves a high throughput of 105.7 Gbps with an efficiency of 31.48 Mbps/slice. In comparison to state-of-the-art works, our design surpasses the majority of existing designs in terms of throughput and latency.

We present a generalized three-variable high order shear deformation theory (THSDT) using isogeometric analysis (IGA) to analyze free vibration of functionally graded porous (FGP) plates reinforced by graphene platelets (GPLs) in this work. It is named as FGP-GPLs for a short. The proposed theory only has got three degrees of freedom (DOFs) per node as the same way of numerically solutions in three-dimensional (3D) solids.

This study extracts images from Taekwondo videos and generates skeleton data from frames using the Fast Forward Moving Picture Experts Group (FFMPEG) technique using MoveNet. After that, we use deep learning architectures such as Long Short-Term Memory Networks, Convolutional Long Short-Term Memory, and Longterm Recurrent Convolutional Networks to perform the poses classification tasks in Taegeuk in Jang lessons. This work presents two approaches. The first approach uses a sequence skeleton extracted from the image by Movenet.

The present work provides a taxonomic key to the genera of Polygonaceae found in Vietnam. It also reports the first occurrence of Persicaria runcinata in Lai Chau province, extending its known distribution within the country. Detailed photographic illustrations of the specimens studied accompany the findings. This extended distribution of P. runcinata could hold significant conservation implications, emphasizing the importance of further research and conservation efforts in the region.

While it is recognised that knitted fabrics may have their place in firefighting PPC, especially for undergarments, from the point of view of fire performance, strength and presentation, woven fabric constructions appear to be more suitable for work wear applications. Hence, this study is concerned with developing and testing a range of functional, woven Station Wear fabrics designed to enhance flame protection, durability and thermo-physiological comfort properties. In trying to improve all three aspects, a compromise in the properties of fabrics developed would be very likely.

The thesis consists of five chapters which aim to investigate the mechanical properties and fabricating processes of different biomedical Ti scaffolds, with the structure presented: Chapter 1 is a generalized introduction to the content of the thesis, including the background, scopes and objectives of the research. In Chapter 2, a comprehensive literature review is presented. Chapter 3 presents the design and fabrication of the Ti scaffolds. In Chapter 4, the mechanical properties of the fabricated Ti scaffolds were analyzed.
