II / Pre - writing : Introduce the topic of the writing and the scene “ The residents and store owners on Tran Phu Street are going to hold a meeting to discuss the effects of the new mall . “
1. Pre- teach vocabulary : Listen and copy . - effects (n) = tac dong , tac dung , hieu qua - contact (v) = lien lac - hardware store = dung cu dong dung trong nha Work in pairs 2.
