Ñeà taøi khaûo saùt söï thay ñoåi noàng ñoä CRP huyeát thanh treân 150 beänh nhi vieâm naõo Nhaät Baûn ñöôïc<br />
chaån ñoaùn xaùc ñònh baèng söï hieän dieän cuûa IgM khaùng viruùt naøy trong dòch naõo tuûy. Keát quaû cho thaáy, luùc<br />
nhaäp vieän coù 64% beänh nhi coù noàng ñoä CRP ≥ 10mg/l, vôùi noàng ñoä trung bình laø 30mg/l. CRP tieáp tuïc<br />
taêng keùo daøi 2 tuaàn sau ñoù ôû nhöõng tröôøng hôïp dieãn tieán phöùc taïp. Noàng ñoä CRP luùc nhaäp vieän khoâng<br />
giuùp tieân löôïng dieãn tieán beänh nhöng coù söï lieân quan cuûa CRP tieáp tuïc taêng trong quaù trình ñieàu trò vôùi<br />
boäi nhieãm, töû vong vaø di chöùng ôû beänh nhi vieâm naõo Nhaät baûn. CRP laø moät thoâng soá höõu ích giuùp theo doõi<br />
vaø tieân löôïng trong ñieàu trò beänh vieâm naõo Nhaät Baûn.<br />

There were 150 children having a japanese encephalitis admitted at Nhi Dong I Hospital from<br />
9/1997 to 11/2002 enrolled in the study. At admission, 96 patients (64%) had the CRP level at least 10<br />
mg/l, the mean was 30mg/l. CRP level were still high in the cases with severe evolution. There was the<br />
statistic relation between the increasing of CRP during the hospitalization with the nocosomial infection,<br />
the neurological sequela and the mortality (p
