The rate of antibiotic resistance in Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) is increasing in Vietnam in recent years and has become a main challenge in the management of H. pylori infection. Data about the resistance remains different depending on the time, demography and especially the methods of determining the antibiotics susceptibility. To determine the antibiogram of H.pylori strains isolated from a population in Central Vietnam to clarithromycin, levofloxacin by E-test and disk diffusion, compare two diffusion methods.

Chapter 3 presents a review of stakeholder, legitimacy and institutional theory literature. The research method employed is discussed and justified in Chapter 4. Chapter 5 presents the results of the stakeholder survey and in doing so describes stakeholder demand for OHS disclosure.
