The study aims to investigate the factors affecting marketing strategy of logistics enterprises in the central key economic region. This study uses quantitative research methods through SPSS to test the scale reliability, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and regression analysis. Data were collected from 120 logistics enterprises in the central key economic region. The results show that four factors positively affect the marketing strategy of logistics enterprises, including information technology capability, human resources, competitors, legal environment.

This study reveals the significant influence of supplier-countries’ contexts on CoC compliance in terms of labour rights protections. By doing so, it expands the scope of debate by highlighting the importance of local context to the implementation of MNCs’ CoCs in supplier-countries. Furthermore, the findings make important contributions to current understandings of the labour rights environment of MNCs in China.

This search resulted in the development of a practical software tool based on animated Venn diagrams (Dvenn) that attempted to exploit the inherent human ability to perceive quantities visually, a faculty described herein as visual numeracy. The exploitation of this faculty is considered here to be a valuable aid for group understanding of business presentation data. The development of the tool was an essential part of the research that was undertaken and the resulting software forms a significant portion of this practise based research.

The article measures the effect of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices on organizational commitment in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). A survey of 379 employees working in Hanoi based SMEs in the commercial and service sector indicates that human resource training and development, performance evaluation, remuneration, job security, working environment, and organizational support have a positive affect on organizational commitment.
