Pulmonary sclerosing (Pneumocytoma) is a rare benign pulmonary tumor of primitive epithelial origin. Because of the unspecific radiological features mimicking malignancies and their histological heterogeneity, the differential diagnosis with adenocarcinoma and carcinoid tumors is still challenging.

In this study, we describe case report of 70-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because of abdominal pain over 6 months with no pathological antecedent. Patient has laparoscopic surgeon, diagnosis was a pedunculated exoluminal gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). Histopathological examination report and the CD-117 immunoreactive score is suitable of endoscopically invisible medium sized.

Many environmental factors have been reported to be associated with the risk of developing multiple sclerosis (MS), such as lack of exposure to sunlight, vitamin D deficiency, obesity, smoking, and infectious mononucleosis. Vitamin D deficiency has been shown to play a role in immune system function and may increase the risk of developing MS, although there are many confounding factors and inconsistent results. In this report, we evaluated vitamin D levels in newly diagnosed MS patients to determine the need for vitamin D supplementation.

The article presented a case of bacteremia caused by Chromobacterium violaceum in a 9-year-old girl. This was a rare disease in humans, so the diagnosis and treatment were delayed. The entire prossess of disease and antibiotic therapy have been described in detail. Although life was saved, the consequences for the patient can be long-lasting.

Cryptococcus neoformans is the most common central neurvous system fungal pathogen in HIV infected patients. In this article, we introduce the application of 3D - FLAIR sequence without contrast enhancement on detecting abnormalities of cranial nerve pathology by presenting two cases, acute vestibular neuritis and facial nerve palsy. We suggest that 3D - FLAIR is the relatively useful sequence in detecting cranial nerve pathologies.

Childhood sarcoidosis is a rare multisystemic granulomatous disorder of unknown etiology. The diagnosis is often delayed due to lacking of recognition of clinical features. We report a 23 month-old boy who presented with multiple pinkish papules and painless cystic swellings in his ankles and wrists. A skin biopsy showed multiple sarcoidal granulomatous lesions.
