  • Learning disability, or learning disorder, is an umbrella term for a wide variety of learning problems in which a person has difficulty learning in a typical manner, usually caused by an unknown factor. The unknown factor is the disorder that affects the brain’s ability to receive and process information. That is, the brain of people with learning disabilities is wired differently and this difference affects how they receive and process information.

  • Natural Language Generation (NLG) is a way to automatically realize a correct expression in response to a communicative goal. This technology is mainly explored in the fields of machine translation, report generation, dialog system etc. In this paper we have explored the NLG technique for another novel applicationassisting disabled children to take part in conversation. The limited physical ability and mental maturity of our intended users made the NLG approach different from others.   • Clinical assessment of functional disability is an integral part of management in patients with low back pain (LBP). The range of spinal motion is one of LBP disability measure. The aim of this study was to investigate the validity of spinal range of motion as a predictable measure of disability and to analyze the intrarater reliability of back range of motion (BROM) instrument for measurement of active lumber spine range of motion. Forty men patients with chronic low back pain over 6 month’s duration were participated in the study. Their ages ranged from 20 to 40 years.

  • The education is a social service for human beings and it is seen as a fundamental human right. However, for the disadvantaged groups in society, include children with disabilities, the accessing education services (whether public or private) is a significant challenge. This article addresses the difficulties faced by children with disabilities in accessing basic education services and the satisfaction of children and their caregivers about the educational services they received.
