The study aims to investigate the factors affecting Online Shoppers’ Repurchase Intentions in Binh Dinh Province. This study uses quantitative research methods and using SPSS to test the reliability of the scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and regression analysis. Data for this research were collected from 135 online shoppers in Binh Dinh. The results show that four factors positively affect repurchase intention, including perceived usefulness, trust, perceived value, and enjoyment.

This research focuses on cosmetic products and observes the impact of celebrities and expert influencers on consumers’ brand admiration and purchase intentions. The mediating role played by brand admiration and brand attitude between influencer marketing and purchase intentions are tested. This study presents a conceptual model combined with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM) framework to identify the main determinants that affect customers' switching intention from cash payment to mobile payment in Vietnam. The results show that alternative attractiveness is the most impact pull factor, followed by mobility. Regarding push factors, low satisfaction and inconvenience of cash payment greatly influence both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.
