This research determines the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the economic growth of Vietnam (economic) over the period 1990 to 2020 after the political and economic reforms (Doi Moi) in 1986. The study uses the VAR model through unit root test, Granger causality, impulse response, and variance decompositions to achieve the goal of finding the impacts of FDI on economic growth.

Exports has played an important role in economic growth in most countriesand territories. The article uses a panel data regression model to analyze the growth of ten provinces in Red River Delta (Vietnam) in the period 2005-2020. The research result shows that there are factors that positively affect the economic growth of Red River Delta, including investment capital (variable LnI), labor (variable LnL), exports (variable LnEx) and price index (variable CPI).

The main objective of the research is to examine internet banking service quality’s impact on customer satisfaction of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV). This study is a quantitative study using the SERVQUAL model developed by Parasuraman et al. (1988) in internet banking service to define 5 dimensions of internet banking service quality as independent variables and customer satisfaction is the dependent variable. Questionnaires were also given for 320 customers and 300 surveys which were valid for analysis.

The VECM model estimation results show that in the short term, all three factors, namely GDP per capita, foreign direct investment, and trade openness, have an impact on reducing CO2 emissions in Vietnam. Mean while, the results of the Johansen cointegration analysis show that GDP per capita and foreign direct investment have a negative impact on reducing CO2 emissions in the long run.

The sediment quality assessment showed that trace element concentrations were lower than the limited values in the sediment quality guideline (QCVN 43:2017/BTNMT). According to the Igeo index, the sediments were not polluted by Cu, Pb, Zn, Cr, Fe, and As but were likely polluted by Hg and Mn in some sampling sites. Therefore, it is necessary to invest the future studies to assess the Hg and Mn concentration levels in these sites to protect the marine environment.
