To highlight the crucial role of leadership human resources in economic development and the local green economy, the research team used qualitative methods to synthesize studies on both areas. The development of local leadership human resources is essential for sustainable success in the green economy. Consequently, we recommend policies to promote the development of strategic leadership at the provincial level.
