This research aims to enhance comprehension of legal texts by applying Talmy's (2017) threestep process for identifying and integrating referents from contextual cues into linguistic forms. The study aims to investigate the factors affecting marketing strategy of logistics enterprises in the central key economic region. This study uses quantitative research methods through SPSS to test the scale reliability, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and regression analysis. Data were collected from 120 logistics enterprises in the central key economic region. The results show that four factors positively affect the marketing strategy of logistics enterprises, including information technology capability, human resources, competitors, legal environment.

The research objects are the Law on Enterprise Income Tax, the Law on Value-Added Tax, decrees and circulars guiding these laws. The methods used in this study are: Desk Research and Theoretical Research. Results of this study show that the legal framework of tax incentives for startups is incomplete. Besides, results of this study also show that the legal framework of tax incentives for startups still faces many limitations and problems, which requires the need to complete the law.

This study investigates customers’ perception of four types of responsibilities in Carroll’s CSR pyramid (1991), including economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic responsibilities; and the effects of their perception of CSR on purchasing intention.
