The present work deal with the propagation of a horizontally polarised shear (SH) wave in an infinitely long cylindrical structure comprised of three concentric isotropic layered media. The model has been formulated in cylindrical co-ordinates and an analytical approach is employed to achieve the closed form of the dispersion equation.

This work is devoted to conducting a new study for global dynamics and numerical simulation of a discrete-time computer virus propagation model, which was constructed in our recent work. By utilizing well-known results on asymptotic stability of discrete-time dynamical systems, we establish the global asymptotic stability of a unique viral equilibrium point, whereas only its local asymptotic stability was previously analyzed.

This article studies developing an algorithm called KalmanEMD with the combination of Kalman filter and empirical mode decomposition for processing this signal type. Classical ways of determination of influence lines for structural responses are often inefficient due to high computational cost, especially if properties of the structure are uncertain. The combination of Muller-Breslau principle and the finite element analysis can resolve this problem. This study is conducted based on the hypothesis of an accident from Fengcheng NPP with an incident level of 7, equivalent to the Fukushima accident. A modeling system has been established with different failure scenarios based on the Delft3D model. The UAV is equipped with Receiver Signal Strength (RSS) sensors to localise stationary radio frequency (RF) emitter.
