This paper investigates the training needs of Vietnamese agricultural SME managers with regard to skills they need to penetrate international markets. To investigate training needs of Vietnamese SME managers, qualitative methodology with the participation of 124 Vietnamese SME managers was used.

This study examines the pivotal role of Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) in monitoring the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by governments. Qualitative research method was used by synthesizing and analyzing important sources of documents from organizations such as Worldbank, United Nation; Intosai and the website of the National Supreme Audit Institution to explore the specific functions of the Supreme Audit Institution towards the goal of sustainable development.

This study explores the sociolinguistic practices of overseas Vietnamese fans of Korean dramas (Kdramas) through their interactions on an online blog. Utilizing an online ethnography approach, the author collected qualitative data from blog posts and interactions. The findings reveal that K-drama fans develop a unique vernacular, often incorporating code-mixing, which may be incomprehensible to non-fans.

This study explores phytochemical profiles and several biological activities of Santalum album L. flowers collected from Dak Lak Province, Vietnam. The qualitative phytochemical analysis of Santalum album flower extracts reveals the presence of free triterpenoids, flavonoids, and tannins, particularly in the alcohol and water extracts, suggesting a rich source of bioactive compounds with potential therapeutic benefits, while other compound groups like saponins, alkaloids, coumarins, and essential oils are either absent or present in very low concentrations.

The study is focused on the experience of conferencing from the perspective of young people (offenders), their families and supportive others. Of particular interest is the role of the offender’s family (and/or significant others), the nature of their support, and how this impinges on the conference and its outcomes. Although the supporters’ role is pivotal in the conferencing process, its significance has remained largely implicit in the research to date. This study examined the current situation of the Serbian Orthodox Church both in its Australian and transnational contexts since the Serbian Orthodox Church functions as transnational network with churches linked globally. The research reported here addresses the question of what is required to engage stakeholders to create effective change. It is a case study of one organisation, Melbourne Water, which is located in Victoria, Australia. The research is undertaken using a qualitative, action research framework and a systems psychodynamic perspective. Volunteer participants participated in one-on-one interviews and focus groups. The data is also generated through organisational observations and reflection utilising the methods of supervision and journaling.
