Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed malignancy and the leading cause of death among women worldwide. The incidence of breast cancer is on the rise in developing countries. Breast cancer patients not only experience physical pain from treatment but may also face mental crises, impaired social function, and impaired quality of life.

Burnout is a fairly common syndrome among healthcare workers. As the quality of life improves, the requirements for service quality in most sectors are increasing, which leads to invisible pressures that make many workers, especially medical staff, including nurses, prone to burnout syndrome.

The primary value of this work and the main input into the research of this topic is, in the opinion of the author, in highlighting the psychological effects of implementing design management into an organization. The awakening of a „creator‟ in each and every worker, and the creation of individual satisfaction with the job and the working environment not only raises the productivity and quality of output, but also improves the psychological climate within the organization and raises the feelings of self-worth and quality of life of its employees.
