This study explores phytochemical profiles and several biological activities of Santalum album L. flowers collected from Dak Lak Province, Vietnam. The qualitative phytochemical analysis of Santalum album flower extracts reveals the presence of free triterpenoids, flavonoids, and tannins, particularly in the alcohol and water extracts, suggesting a rich source of bioactive compounds with potential therapeutic benefits, while other compound groups like saponins, alkaloids, coumarins, and essential oils are either absent or present in very low concentrations.

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a condition characterized by repeated pauses in breathing during sleep, which is frequently accompanied by snoring, daytime sleepiness, and decreased concentration. Several scales, including the STOP-BANG and EPWORTH scores, have been developed to screen people at high risk for OSA. The research focuses on the composition of a hard capsule formula containing the extracts of Houttuynia cordata, Morus alba, and Carica papaya as well as the development of testing standards for prepared hard capsules. Materials and methods: The study subjects include brain trauma patients, Glasgow Coma Scale 8, hospitalized for fewer than 72 hours at Hue Central Hospital with CT scans of the brain and diagnosis of brain trauma injury.
