Numerical method for solving the dirichlet boundary value problem for nonlinear triharmonic equation
In this work, we consider the Dirichlet boundary value problem for nonlinear triharmonic equation. Due to the reduction of the problem to operator equation for the pair of the right hand side function and the unknown second normal derivative of the function to be sought, we design an iterative method at both continuous and discrete levels for numerical solution of the problem.

A combined experimental and theoretical study was performed to understand how the pore size of packing materials with pores 60–300 A˚ in size affects the separation of 5–50-mer oligonucleotides. Liquid–liquid extraction of Au(III) from aqueous sodium malonate medium using 2-octylaminopyridine (2-OAP) as an extractant in xylene was achieved. The current work explored the influence of several experimental parameters such as pH, weak acid concentration, extractant concentration, equilibrium time, stripping agents, and aqueous:organic volume ratio on the extraction of Au(III). The experimental results showed that the Au(III) was quantitatively extracted to about 99.5% by 0.05 M 2-OAP in 0.05 M malonate at 5.0 pH.

In this paper, dynamic stiffness model of a cracked frame structure that represents a planar tower crane is established in an explicit form based on general solution of cracked 2Dbeam element vibration. The crack is modeled by a pair of equivalent springs of stiffness calculated from the crack depth. An explicit form of frequency equation is first established and then solved for numerical sensitivity analysis of natural frequencies of the structure to cracks. An experimental study is accomplished to validate the theoretical development.

Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was added firstly to the sample solution at pH 1.9 to form hydrophobic ion-pair with protonated melamine.
