This presentation will introduce the smart urban formation process with ideas and operational models. At the same time, we will introduce a smart city rating system based on the role of urban government and the community; thus, we will find the existing and building of the development orientation. Finally, we will present a case study to applying smart city model in Hanoi capital, Vietnam in the trend of sustainable development in the future.

The role of employees is vital for service businesses. Therefore, maintaining employee satisfaction plays a significant role in the performance of service companies. The topic shows a comprehensive picture of the level of job satisfaction of officers and employees working in the commercial banking system in Ho Chi Minh City through 09 aspects of satisfaction. Regression results of the study prove that job satisfaction in the aspect of “Communication of information” has the most substantial impact on the “General satisfaction” of employees.

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of marketing communication activities at universities in the digital era. In the empirical study, the data were collected from 396 students studying courses at the University of Finance and Accountancy (UFA). The data were analyzed descriptively. The dependent variables included Aware, Appeal, Ask, Action, and Advocate (5A). The data were calculated using Purchase Action Ratio (PAR) and Brand Advocacy Ratio (BAR).

The purpose of this study is to identify the sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) by using factor analysis (exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis). Using a survey questionnaire, data were collected 230 respondents from private hospitals in Malaysia. The findings found that the factor analysis for SSCM model was fit and acceptable with four dimensions (environment, information and communications technology, culture change, and risk management).
