Synthetic modeling

Rubberized concrete is a material that is both ecologically friendly and sustainable, and it has been finding more and more usage in building applications recently. In this study, a machine learning model, namely LightGBM, is developed to predict rubberized concrete's compressive strength (CS) using 11 input parameters.

In this study, one analytical procedure was established for simultaneous determination based on UV-Vis spectrometry coupled with several multivariate linear regress solved by Python – an open language programme to quantify three antibiotics, including TET, PGP, and CEX, in laboratoryprepared synthetic and pharmaceutical mixtures. This study also provided a universally analytical procedure for determining the three antibiotics in their pharmaceutical forms without the need for optimization for each analyte.

The adsorption of Pb2+ ions in solution by synthetic hydroxyapatite material was researched. The effects of adsorption time, adsorbent mass, solution pH, and Pb2+ ion concentration on adsorption properties were investigated. The Pb2+ adsorption efficiency of material can reach 98.7%. Two adsorption isotherm models, Freunlich and Langmuir, were used to evaluate adsorption isotherms.

This paper focuses on exploring Machine learning methods to automate this process. The main challenge we face is in generating adequate training datasets to train the Machine learning model. Creating training data by manually segmenting real images is very labour-intensive, so we have instead tested methods of automatically creating synthetic training datasets which have the same attributes of the original images. The generated synthetic images are used to train a U-net Model, which is then used to segment the original bread dough images.

This paper presents a comparative study of two different forward methods such as the space domain method and the frequency domain method. The performance of each method was evaluated on two synthetic models. Finally, the more effective method was applied to calculate Bouguer gravity anomaly in the East Vietnam Sea and adjacent areas using the latest available dataset from the TOPEX mission.

The mechanism by which the 3¢-end A76, and in particular its hydroxyl group, of the cognate tRNA is involved with the exchange reaction catalyzed by those enzymes has yet to be established.
