This paper explores the spillover effect and trading volume of Financial, Technology, and FinTech Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) by using ARMA-GARCH model. The study finds significant interconnectedness and interdependencies between these ETF sectors and the stock market index, indicating the transmission of shocks and volatility. Market fluctuations plays a crucial role in influencing the ETF sectors, with negative shocks impacting volatility more prominently.

: This article studies the factors affecting the intention to use Fintech services in payment activities of the elderly in Hanoi. This is the city with the highest number of elderly people in the country. On the other hand, elderly people face many obstacles in using Fintech services and this is also an object that Hanoi City is paying attention to. Survey data were collected from 242 elderly people using the convenient selection method.

Besides bank credit, microcredit is an important capital supply channel for the economy. In Vietnam, the poor who cannot access credit capital to develop themselves and create income. Microcredit is mainly unsecured loans, so the risks are quite high, of which the biggest risk is the possibility of losing capital. Meanwhile, curently, the application of Fintech in the field of microcredit is almost negligible, making it impossible for people who need capital, but lenders are afraid of the risk of losing capital.
