Bài viết "Đánh giá hiệu năng hệ thống UAV hỗ trợ tán xạ ngược gói tin ngắn" đưa ra biểu thức thông lượng và tỉ lệ lỗi gói tin trung bình (BLER: block error rate) của thiết bị bay không người lái (UAV) hỗ trợ tán xạ ngược gói dữ liệu có kích thước hữu hạn. Giải bài toán tối ưu thông lượng trong điều kiện số bít truyền thay đổi và cố định số lần sử dụng kênh. Đánh giá phẩm chất hệ thống theo kênh truyền Nakagami-m, có ảnh hưởng của tia truyền thẳng (LoS: Line-of-Sight) và không có LoS (NLoS).

In chaos-based digital communications, the differential chaos-shift keying (DCSK) system has been widely studied owing to its non-coherent demodulation without any synchronization. To date, BER performance of this system is investigated over various transmission channels such as noise, fading, multipath, and optical fiber. In this paper, for the first time, the BER performance of conventional DCSK system is evaluated over a land mobile satellite channel.

This paper presents a 2D Parity Product Code (2D-PPC) for TSV fault-tolerance with the ability to correct one fault and detect, at least, two faults. In an implementation of 64-bit data and 81-bit code-word, 2D-PPC can detect over 71 faults, on average. Its encoder and decoder decrease the overall latency by 38.33% when compared to the Single Error Correction Double Error Detection code. In addition to the high detection rates, the encoder can detect 100% of its gate failures, and the decoder can detect and correct around 40% of its individual gate failures.

In this paper, we introduce a compact Polar-code-based VLC receivers. in which flicker mitigation of the system can be guaranteed even without RLL codes. In particular, we utilized the centralized bit-probability distribution of a pre-scrambler and a Polar encoder to create a non-RLL flicker mitigation solution. At the receiver, a 3-bit soft-decision filter was implemented to analyze signals received from the VLC channel to extract log-likelihood ratio (LLR) values and feed them to the Polar decoder.

In this thesis, the two systems are simulated with particular parameters and the performance of Bit Error Rate (BER) is evaluated to determine the different types of wavelets in various channel conditions with separate modulation methods (8, 16, 32-QAM). Therefore, MIMO-OFDM system based on DWT algorithm will be compared with MIMO-OFDM system based on FFT algorithm by using MATLAB simulation software.

The error-correcting capabilities of regular LDPC (Low Density Parity Check) codes and BCH (Bose-ChaudhuriHocquenguem) codes are examined. The qualitative analysis and the quantitative assessment of error-correcting abilities are performed for LDPC codes with code word length n=1000 bits and BCH codes with code word length n=1023 bits. The code rates of LDPC and BCH codes are determined for a known signal to noise ratio in the gaussian channel; detected code rates are optimal for predefined modulation type and required information reliability on the receiver side.

Digital video broadcasting-next generation handheld (DVB-NGH) is the first broadcasting standard that incorporates multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) techniques to overcome the Shannon limit of single antenna systems. This paper contributes to analyze the performance of the DVB-NGH MIMO coded modulation system. The detailed performance degradation from information-theoretic limit to implementation by average mutual information and extrinsic information transfer analysis is presented, which provides an insight guideline for future system improvement.

In this paper, we improve the DSR protocol by using the source-based load balancing in combined with the QoT constraint. The simulation results have shown that, the proposed algorithm outperforms the original algorithms in terms of the signal to noise ratio, bit error rate, blocking probability of the data packets and throughput.

The theoretical calculation result and simulation result of BER are compared to verify the validity of close-form of BER. Furthermore, the Bose - Chaudhuri - Hocquenghem code and the convolutional code are applied to multiple-hop MIMO relay systems and the BER of both channel codes is compared to find out the suitable channel code for medical application.

Transceiver system based on N-PSM using PSWF and Hermite has been implemented in MATLAB and compared in this paper. Performance evaluation of the N-PSM is carried out over Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel for different values of N to measure Bit Error Rate (BER). It has been found that a combination of PSWF and Hermite pulses can be used for highspeed modulation if these pulses are orthogonal to each other since both the types of pulses achieve same bit error rate over AWGN.

Trong bài báo này chúng tôi sẽ mô phỏng đánh giá và so sánh tỷ lệ lỗi bít BER (Bit Error Rate) của hệ thống MIMO (Multiple Input - Multiple Output) sử dụng bộ tách tín hiệu cưỡng bức bằng không ZF (Zero Forcing) và bộ tách tín hiệu sai số bình phương trung bình tối thiểu MMSE (Minimum Mean Square Error) với các cấu hình 2x2, 2x3, 4x4, 4x5, 8x8 và 8x9 anten. Kết quả mô phỏng cho thấy tỷ lệ lỗi bít BER trong hệ thống sử dụng tách tín hiệu MMSE tốt hơn hệ thống sử dụng kỹ thuật tách tín hiệu ZF.

We found that the pumping configurations, ASE noise, and dispersion play an important role for improving network performance by decrease of noise figure and bit error rate (BER) of the system. Simulation results show that the lowest bit error rate and low noise figure were obtained, when using forward pumping configuration. Moreover, we have also compared ASE noise powers of the simulation with these of the experiment. These results conclude that DRA with low pump power (< 1 W) is the promising key technology for short– and/or middle-distance DWDM transmission networks.
