The result of the research showed that the company's reliance on process standardization and industrial standards was relatively high and the adoption rate for industrial standards are the highest. The company's response rate to its customers in terms of flexibility and delivery is not high and convergent for both variables. The novelty of this study stems from the introduction of critical influences that determine an effective employment of lean production to Syrian Manufacturing Companies.

In this paper, we propose a generalized Nesterov algorithm for the constrained optimization problems on a closed convex set. We prove the convergence as well as the convergence rate of the proposed algorithm. First, we present a new algorithm based on the generalization of Nesterov’s algorithm.

Despite decades of effort to reduce racial cancer disparities, Black people continue to die at higher rates from cancer than any other U.S. racial group. Because prevention is a key to the cost-effective and long-term control of cancer, the potential for cancer genetic counseling to play a central role in reducing racial cancer disparities is high.

In this paper, we present a new improvement of the third-order Newton-Krylov method with a quaternary convergence rate and prove the convergence of the iterative formula. In addition, the paper also presents an experimental result to demonstrate the convergence speed of the method.

In particular, the drift coefficient blows up at 0. We first prove that this equation has a unique positive solution, and then propose a semi-implicit Euler approximation scheme for the equation, and finally show that it is also positive, and study its rate of convergence.

This paper investigates whether this is the case for 60 Vietnamese provinces for the time-period 1999-2010, using a system-GMM estimator and a Solow growth model augmented with human and physical capital and spatial lag covariates. We report that spatial dependence is a significant determinant of growth and conditional convergence in Vietnamese provinces. We also demonstrate that the rate of convergence decreases as the distancebetween neighbouring provinces increases.

Nonconvex SINR constraints in amplify-and-forward (AF) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) relay beamforming problems make the design mathematically intractable. A more practical optimization is to maximize the minimum SINR achievable data rate among all the users. The previously existing methods invoke the vectorization of pre-coding matrix X and then introduce the auxiliary variable matrix of lager dimension which results in an increased computational complexity.

The main aim of this article is to estimate the upper bound in the central limit theorem for independent but not necessarily identically distributed random variables under Lyapunov's conditions via the Zolotarev probability metric. The obtained result is the rate of convergence in the central limit theorem for independent random variables.

Using hierarchical codebook at the receiver to improve the channel capacity in Mm wave communication
Mm-wave is currently of interest due to its ability to enhance large bandwidth, which can fully meet the speed of 5G information systems. The beamforming techniques are studied for this wave such as beam weights updating at the receiver to ensure the fastest convergence rate of the weighting algorithm. We need to specify algorithms such as mean least squares (LMS), recursive least squares (RLS), sampling matrix inverse (SMI), conjugate gradient methods (CGM). There are many articles related to the comparison of these algorithms on convergence weighting speed, transmission capacity.

Helicobacter pylori is a human stomach pathogen, naturally-competent for DNA uptake, and prone to homologous recombination. Extensive homoplasy (i.e., phylogenetically-unlinked identical variations) observed in H. pylori genes is considered a hallmark of such recombination. However, H. pylori also exhibits a high mutation rate. The relative adaptive role of homologous recombination and mutation in species diversity is a highly-debated issue in biology. Recombination results in homoplasy.

The asymptotic form of solution is a specific solution of difference equations. It represents the rate of convergence of solution to equilibrium point of difference equations. In this paper, we investigate asymptotic form of a class of nonlinear difference equations. By asymptotic method, we show the existence of a solution of a class of difference equations converging to zero as n " 3 , and to determine its asymptotic behavior

The negative-binomial sum is an extension of a geometric sum. It has been arisen from the necessity to resolve practical problems in telecommunications, network analysis, stochastic finance and insurance mathematics, etc. Up to the present, the topics related to negative-binomial sums like asymptotic distributions and rates of convergence have been investigated by many mathematicians. However, in a lot of various situations, the results concerned the rates of convergence for negative-binomial sums are still restrictive.

In this paper, on the base of the discrepancy principle for regularization parameter choice, the convergence rates of the regularized solution as well as its Galerkin approximations for nonlinear ill-posed problems with m-accretive perturbations are established without demanding the weak continuity of the duality mapping of the Banach spaces.

This paper is concerned with the problem of exponential stability of a class of positive nonlinear systems with heterogeneous time-varying delays which describe a model of Hopfield neural networks with nonlinear self-inhibition rates. Based on a novel comparison technique via a differential and integral inequalities, testable conditions are derived to ensure system state trajectories converge exponentially to a unique positive equilibrium.
