The paper explores how university financial autonomy policy information is presented and emphasized in various online newspapers using Agenda-Setting Theory and Framing Theory in the field of communication. The study analyzed 289 journalistic works from three newspapers, namely Giao duc and Thoi dai Online Newspaper, Giao duc Vietnam Online Magazine, and Dan tri Online Newspaper, covering the period from July 2017 to December 2020.

In this paper, the effect of continuous carbon fibers (CCF) on the stiffness of 3D printed frames is investigated. Fused deposition modelling (FDM) technology is employed to build three typical frames with 15% of CCF and 85% poliamide 12 which is combined 10% short carbon fibers (PA12-CF) for compress testing.

The results of using machine learning via genetic programming (GP) to automatically generate novel effective length factor formula in accordance with AISC standard are presented in this article. The data points obtained from applying the numerical method equation solving for the transcendental equation for the effective length of the braced frame were fed into the machine learning algorithm.

A corotational finite element for large-displacement elastic analysis of semi-rigid planar steel frames is proposed in this paper. Two zero-length rotational springs are attached to the ends of the Euler-Bernoulli element formulated in corotational context to simulate the flexibility of the beam-to-column connections and then the equilibrium equations of the hybrid element, including the stiffness matrix which contains the stiffness terms of the rotational springs, are established based on the static condensation procedure.
