This research explores how customer engagement with the F&B brand’s dedication to social responsibility, sustainable business practices, and corporate governance influences impulsive buying. An online survey was requested, and a total of 322 participants were chosen for data analysis. To conduct statistical analysis, partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used with the SmartPLS3 program.

We propose the design and implementation of a visual search system for real-time image retrieval on SME e-commerce websites, the integration of visual search features in ecommerce systems will bring much value to customers and businesses, thereby promoting and facilitating online shopping. Customers can search for products by specific images instead of by keywords or voice, which is especially useful when they have difficulty describing product information with keywords or due to language barriers.

The data collected using purposive sampling and Slovin formula. The hypothesis of this research is tested by multiple linier regression. The research results showed that the variable site design, informative, security and communication have a partialy significant effect to the online shopping customer satisfaction, while the convenience of shopping variable is not significant.
