Organizational development techniques

The study encompasses various analytical techniques, including descriptive statistics, Cronbach’s Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), multivariate regression models, and hypothesis testing through SPSS software. The findings reveal that six key factors, namely leadership, digital business strategy, employee capabilities, technology infrastructure, organizational culture, and external market pressures, exert significant influence on digital transformation in these enterprises.

The objective of this research was to find out the influence of Supply Chain Management and Organization Performance toward Turnover Intention at the Head Office of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. In this research, the researcher took the samples by using nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The samples were the permanent officers of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri (Head Office) consisted of 291 respondents from the total of 404 permanent officers. The researcher used structural equation model in testing, analyzing the data, and model development.

The aim of the study was to document case studies of dairy based farmer producer companies in Kerala. The present study was purposively conducted in Kerala state. Locationally Kerala divided into three zones namely southern, central and northern. In all the zones there were 11 animal based farmer producer companies working. Among them 5 dairy based farmer producer companies were selected purposively i.e. one from northern, two from central and two from southern region.
