Planning process

This presentation will introduce the smart urban formation process with ideas and operational models. At the same time, we will introduce a smart city rating system based on the role of urban government and the community; thus, we will find the existing and building of the development orientation. Finally, we will present a case study to applying smart city model in Hanoi capital, Vietnam in the trend of sustainable development in the future.

This study aims to propose a concrete process of developing a KPIs system in urban planning by the logic model, and applying it for the case of the Hanoi master plan. In more detail, the logic model will be utilized to understand the plan’s components and their linkages, and then select KPIs based on the model’s outputs and outcomes, and based on Hanoi urban data availability and quality.

According to the planning of cattle and poultry slaughterhouse and processing systemup towards 2020, Hanoi city approvedwith 10 planned industrial slaughterhouse sites and 34 planned semi-industrial slaughterhouse sites. The amount of slaughterhouse wastewater is calculated of about 2,300-6,100 m3 / day, excluding wastewater from small and uncontrolled slaughterhouses.

This research paper attempts to highlight the scarcity of articles published in the field of Sales & Operations Planning (S& OP) in supply chain management. The S & OP process allows Supply Chain Managers to balance demand and supply. Literature in leading journals are limited in the area of S & OP and there is a need to address this limitation to aid efforts to complement the demand planning process in smart industries. In 2010, it was recorded that only 15 papers were published and less than a handful of articles were written throughout the mid-2000s.

The study highlights that a the framework model of green construction supply chain in project stadium Gelora Bung Karno which are defined by three phase. The first phase are called “resource” or input with consisting of the needs of the client, master plan project and financing. The second phase are a process.
