The qualitative and quantitative analysis methods have been applied, together with the documents, the result of research works of previous scholars, and results from the questionnaires obtained from 100 students (course 2021-2025) who have studied the subject of Intercultural Communication at the Faculty of English for the academic year 2022-2023.

The research design was conducted using quantitative approaches. The major findings showed that the students’ proficiency in English did not satisfy the expectations of the stakeholders. Therefore, some practical solutions are given to improve the students’ level of use of English for tourism, including designing English tourism curriculum; building an e-learning system supports students’ self-studying; students’ opportunities to communicate in English, and the assessment processes; strengthen cooperation, learning and exchange with international enterprises.

This mixed method case study examined potential influences of social agents or immediate environments on individuals’ metacognition. Via quantitative methodologies, 122 pre-service teachers’ metacognition was measured by the Turkish Metacognitive Awareness Inventory, and metacognitive components did not show any variations across majors, locations of previous studies, the highest degree of education in the family, frequently communicated friends, and regions.

This study aims to examine the impact of new media and supply chain knowledge management on community economy in Indonesia. This quantitative research method is distributed questionnaires to 157 respondents from retail sector in Indonesian. Based on dimensions of new media literacy, the strongest dimension is visualization with the highest average value of 3.40. Visualization enhances entrepreneur innovation in supply chain knowledge management. The results of this study indicate that new media literacy helps consumers on community economy in Indonesia.
