This article aims to investigate the impact of personal background characteristics on the socialization with academic aspects of ethnic minority students in higher education institutions in Ho Chi Minh City. A quantitative method was used to measure the extent of the impact of these elements.

In this study, Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyze data from the questionnaire survey of 363 customers who are familiar with live streaming platforms in Vietnam. By using SmartPLS for data empirical evaluation and hypotheses testing, research shows that the social presence of a live streaming platform and scarcity have a positive impact on consumer’s flow states, hence inducing consumers’ impulsive buying behaviors.

This research explores how customer engagement with the F&B brand’s dedication to social responsibility, sustainable business practices, and corporate governance influences impulsive buying. An online survey was requested, and a total of 322 participants were chosen for data analysis. To conduct statistical analysis, partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used with the SmartPLS3 program.

In this paper, we investigated the factors influencing the adoption of electric motorcycles in two major cities, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. A paper-based questionnaire was proposed. Through data analysis based on established measurement standards, we identified positive and negative factors affecting the use of electric motorcycles.

This study aims to address this gap by identifying six dimensions of organizational behavior through focus group studies. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of employee relationship proneness in creating employee loyalty including attitudinal and behavioural loyalty within a Vietnamese bank context. In order to address these aims, structural equation modeling with two-steps approach was recruited with 315 valid samples. The evidence illustrated the increase in employee relationship proneness resulted in the rise of employee loyalty in both attitudinal and behavioural loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to investigates factors that affect the intention to participate in voluntary social insurance of workers. The study adopted a structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine the preferred factors that affect workers’ intention to participate with a sample of 240 respondents in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam. The results show that TRA and TPB theories provide an appropriate model for explaining customer intention to participate; especially with Moral Responsibility, Understanding, Attitude, State Contribution Support and Customer Consulting.

This study employs a structural equation model to investigate the behavior of slow tourism and examine the impact of existential authenticity and object-based authenticity on slow behavior intention. Data was collected from 518 tourists who had visited Thua Thien Hue at least once. The findings reveal that both object-based authenticity and existential authenticity indirectly impact intention through personal factors.

Based on applying structural equation modeling (SEM), this study analyzes the factors affecting the adoption level of blockchain technology to develop the agricultural supply chain. The study applies qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze this issue. The quantitative survey is conducted with a sample of 356 organizations/individuals participating in the pork supply chain in Hue City; the sample is selected based on a simple random method.
