The novelty of this study is to introduce a framework and virtual community business model for CRT based on the theories of virtual communities. The author uses qualitative research methods, collects and analyzes secondary data through websites business, social networks, the internet, magazines, specialized articles, organizations and associations. Research results show that an virtual community business model for the CRT using the Business Model Canvas tool.

Research using group interview samples of local authorities, residents, and tourism enterprises in the CBT destinations in Thanh Hoa province to deeply understand the fact and causes of conflicts. The collected data was coded and treated by using MaxQDA Pro 2020 software. The results show that the causes of conflicts in CBT destinations are disagreements about the vision and deference of perceived benefits and costs.

This research focuses on the emerging overseas investor determinants for the Australian residential property market subsequent to the GFC 2008. The aim of this study is to determine whether there is historical evidence and whether there are emerging trends to support the existence of a significant relationship between overseas investors and residential housing markets’ performance. This research will first examine the established residential property market performance in metropolitan Melbourne and two Melbourne suburbs which have attracted substantial overseas investment interest.
