Food safety and hygiene practices among street food vendors in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

The present study was conducted on two hundred street food vendors randomly selected from New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) of Gautambudh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, to assess the food safety and hygienic practices among street food vendors.
