Chương 21: Ho¹t t¶i xe thiÕt kÕ LL Theo quy ®Þnh cña quy tr×nh 22TCN 272-05 (®iÒu 3.6.1.3.1): §èi víi c¸c m«men ©m gi÷a c¸c ®iÓm uèn ng-îc chiÒu khi chÞu t¶i träng r¶i ®Òu trªn c¸c nhÞp vµ chØ ®èi víi ph¶n lùc gèi gi÷a th× lÊy 90% hiÖu øng cña hai xe t¶i thiÕt kÕ cã kho¶ng c¸ch trôc b¸nh tr-íc xe nµy ®Õn trôc b¸nh sau xe kia lµ 15000mm tæ hîp 90% hiÖu øng cña t¶i träng lµn thiÕt kÕ, kho¶ng c¸ch gi÷a c¸c trôc 145KN cña mçi xe t¶i ph¶i lÊy b»ng 4300mm. T¶i träng h·m xe (BR) Theo ®iÒu 3.6.4 quy tr×nh 22TCN 272-05 : Lùc h·m xe ®-îc truyÒn tõ kÕt cÊu trªn xuèng trô qua gèi ®ì. Tuú theo tõng lo¹i gèi cÇu vµ d¹ng liªn kÕt mµ tØ lÖ truyÒn cña lùc ngang xuèng trô kh¸c nhau. Do c¸c tµi liÖu tra cøu kh«ng cã ghi chÐp vÒ tØ lÖ ¶nh h-ëng cña lùc ngang xuèng trô nªn khi tÝnh to¸n, lÊy tØ lÖ truyÒn b»ng 100%. Lùc h·m ®-îc lÊy b»ng 25% träng l-îng cña c¸c trôc xe t¶i hay xe hai trôc thiÕt kÕ cho mçi lµn ®-îc ®Æt trong tÊt c¶ c¸c lµn thiÕt kÕ ®-îc chÊt t¶i theo ®iÒu 3.6.1.1.1 vµ coi nh- ®i cïng mét chiÒu. C¸c lùc nµy ®-îc coi nh- t¸c dông theo chiÒu n»m ngang c¸ch phÝa trªn mÆt ®-êng 1800mm theo c¶ hai chiÒu däc ®Ó g©y ra hiÖu øng lùc lín nhÊt. TÊt c¶ c¸c lµn thiÕt kÕ ph¶i ®-îc chÊt t¶i ®ång thêi ®èi víi cÇu vµ coi nh- ®i cïng mét chiÒu trong t-¬ng lai. Ph¶i ¸p dông hÖ sè lµn quy ®Þnh trong ®iÒu 3.6.1.1.2.
  4. VÞ trÝ ®Æt lùc h·m xe. VËy gi¸ trÞ cña lùc h·m lµ : qBR= 0.25  (35 + 145 + 145) = 81.25 (KN) Quy ®æi lùc h·m vÒ lùc tËp trung ®Æt c¸ch mÆt ®-êng xe ch¹y 1.8m ta cã : + Khi ho¹t t¶i xe ®i trªn 1 lµn : PBR = 81.25 KN + Khi ho¹t t¶i xe ®i trªn 2 lµn : PBR = 281.25 = 162.5 KN + Khi ho¹t t¶i xe ®i trªn 3 lµn : PBR = 381.25 = 243.75 KN 1.1.1.2.   5. Dùa vµo cÊp s«ng ta tra b¶ng 3.14.2-1 ®Ó cã tÊn t¶i träng tÇu thiÕt kÕ. Lo¹i tÇu tù hµnh 2000 DWT. Tra vËn tèc va tÇu thiÕt kÕ theo b¶ng 3.14.3-1, vËn tèc b×nh qu©n n¨m cña dßng ch¶y liÒn kÒ trô ®ang tÝnh to¸n lµ 1.8 m/s (theo tµi liÖu phÇn NCKT). V = 3.3 + Vs = 3.3 + 1.8 = 5.1 m/s Theo 3.14.11.1, ®Ó tÝnh æn ®Þnh tæng thÓ, lùc va thiÕt kÕ ®-îc coi lµ mét lùc tËp trung t¸c dông lªn kÕt cÊu phÇn d-íi ë møc n-íc cao trung b×nh h»ng n¨m. Gi¸ trÞ cña lùc nµy theo ph-¬ng th¼ng gãc víi trô lÊy 100%Ps, víi ph-¬ng ngang cÇu lÊy 50%Ps. Trong ®ã, Ps tÝnh b»ng c«ng thøc : Ps  1.2  10 5 V DWT Trong ®ã : Ps lµ lùc va tÜnh t-¬ng ®-¬ng (N) DWT lµ tÊn t¶i träng cña tµu (Mg) V lµ vËn tèc va tµu (m/s). VËy: Ps  1.2 x10 5 x 5.1 2000  273.7 x10 5 N  27370 kN 1.1.1.3. T¶i träng giã 1.1.1.3.1. T¶i träng giã ngang cÇu t¸c ®éng lªn c«ng tr×nh (WS) Theo ®iÒu 3.8.1.1 quy tr×nh 22TCN 272-05. Tèc ®é giã thiÕt kÕ V ph¶i ®-îc x¸c ®Þnh theo c«ng thøc : V = VB.S Trong ®ã : VB : Tèc ®é giã giËt c¬ b¶n trong 3s víi chu kú xuÊt hiÖn 100 n¨m thÝch hîp víi vïng tÝnh giã t¹i vÞ trÝ cÇu, gi¶ thiÕt vïng tÝnh giã theo TCN2737-1995 lµ cÊp II, tra b¶ng 3.8.1.1-1 cã VB= 45m/s, víi tr¹ng th¸i giíi h¹n c-êng ®é III, VB = 25 m/s S : HÖ sè ®iÒu chØnh víi khu ®Êt chÞu giã vµ ®é cao mÆt cÇu theo quy ®Þnh trong b¶ng 3.8.1.1-2. Víi khu vùc x©y cÇu lµ khu vùc cã mÆt n-íc tho¸ng, cao ®é mÆt cÇu so víi mÆt n-íc lµ 13.46m tra b¶ng cã S = 1.12 VËy VB = 251.12 = 28 m/s T¶i träng giã ®-îc ®Æt t¹i träng t©m diÖn tÝch bÒ mÆt ch¾n giã, tÝnh theo c«ng thøc : PD = 0.0006V2AtCd  1.8At (KN) (3.8.1.2.1-1). Trong ®ã: V = Tèc ®é thiÕt kÕ x¸c ®Þnh theo ph-¬ng tr×nh 3.8.1.1-1 (m/s), ®· tÝnh ë trªn. At = DiÖn tÝch cña kÕt cÊu hay cÊu kiÖn ph¶i tÝnh t¶i träng giã ngang (m2). Trong ®å ¸n, diÖn tÝch tÝnh giã lµ phÇn lan can, hai bªn c¸nh hÉng, diÖn tÝch trô lín nhÊt lé trªn mÆt n-íc. Cd = HÖ sè c¶n, tra theo h×nh 3.8.1.2.1-1 cã tÝnh chiÕt gi¶m cho phÇn kÕt cÊu s-ên nghiªng 14o theo quy ®Þnh cña phÇn chó gi¶i (gi¶m 30%), Cd = 2.2 Cd = 2.20.7 = 1.54 T¶i träng giã lµ c¸c lùc tËp trung, ®-îc tÝnh riªng cho lan can, thµnh bªn hép:

T¶i träng giã t¸c dông lªn xe cé (WL) : - Theo quy ®Þnh cña ®iÒu 3.8.1.3 cña quy tr×nh 22TCN 272-05, khi xÐt tæ hîp t¶i träng c-êng ®é III ph¶i xÐt t¶i träng giã t¸c dông lªn c¶ kÕt cÊu vµ xe cé. Ph¶i biÓu thÞ t¶i träng ngang cña giã lªn xe cé b»ng t¶i träng ph©n bè 1.5 KN/m t¸c dông theo h-íng n»m ngang vµ ®Æt ë cao ®é1800mm so víi mÆt ®-êng. VËy ®èi víi trô P6 coi t¶i träng giã t¸c dông lªn xe cé truyÒn xuèng trô sÏ gåm cña mét nöa xe xÕp trªn mçi nhÞp. VËy quy ®æi vÒ t¶i träng tËp trung ®Æt trªn trô P4 c¸ch mÆt ®-êng 1800mm sÏ cã gi¸ trÞ lµ : PWL= 1.5(120 +80)/2= 150 KN 1.1.1.3.3. T¶i träng giã däc cÇu. TÝnh t-¬ng tù nh- t¶i giã ngang cÇu, tuy nhiªn do gi¸ trÞ kh«ng ®¸ng kÓ nªn ta kh«ng tæ hîp nã cïng víi c¸c t¶i träng kh¸c. 1.1.1.4. ¸p lùc n-íc. Quy tr×nh, ®iÒu 3.7, chØ tÝnh lùc ®Èy næi. Lùc ®Èy Asimet tÝnh cho chiÒu cao trô ngËp d-íi n-íc ë møc n-íc thÊp nhÊt. Gi¸ trÞ lÊy ng-îc dÊu víi lùc nÐn do kÕt cÊu trªn g©y ra. Khi tÝnh víi mÆt c¾t ®Ønh bÖ mãng : pWA = V = 11.36x(4.8x3.2+3.14x1.62)x10 = 2658 KN Khi tÝnh víi mÆt c¾t ®¸y bÖ mãng : pWA = 2658 + 1620.5310 = 12498 KN Trong ®ã :  lµ dung träng ®Èy næi. V lµ thÓ tÝch trô ngËp trong n-íc. - ¸p lùc dßng ch¶y theo chiÒu ngang b»ng 0 v× n-íc ch¶y vu«ng gãc víi cÇu. - Theo chiÒu däc : p  5.14  10 4  C D  V 2 Lùc nµy kh¸ nhá nªn bá qua kh«ng tÝnh ®Õn. 1.1.1.5. Lùc ma s¸t (FR) - Lùc do ma s¸t chung gèi cÇu ph¶i ®-îc x¸c ®Þnh trªn c¬ së c¸c gi¸ trÞ cùc ®¹i cña c¸c hÖ sè ma s¸t gi÷a c¸c mÆt tr-ît. Khi thÝch hîp cÇn xÐt ®Õn t¸c ®éng cña ®é Èm vµ kh¶ n¨ng gi¶m phÈm chÊt hoÆc nhiÔm bÈn cña mÆt tr-ît hay xoay ®èi víi hÖ sè ma s¸t. Vµ trong c¸c tæ hîp th× kh«ng thÓ lÊy ®ång thêi t¶i träng h·m vµ lùc ma s¸t mµ ph¶i lÊy gi¸ trÞ lín h¬n, tuy nhiªn ë trô P3 cã ®Æt gèi cè ®Þnh víi gi¶ thiÕt lµ lùc h·m sÏ truyÒn xuèng trô theo tû lÖ 100% nªn trong tÝnh to¸n coi nh- lùc ma s¸t lµ kh«ng kÓ ®Õn.
  7. 1.1.1.6. HiÖu øng ®éng ®Êt (EQ). CÇu ®-îc x©y dùng n»m trong vïng ®éng ®Êt I nªn theo quy ®Þnh cña quy tr×nh (®iÒu 4.7.4.1) th× kh«ng cÇn ph©n tÝch vÒ t¶i träng ®éng ®Êt bÊt kÓ tÇm quan träng cña nã. Tuy nhiªn ph¶i tu©n theo c¸c yªu cÇu tèi thiÓu sau: bÒ réng gèi cÇu ph¶i lÊy lín h¬n chuyÓn vÞ cùc ®¹i hoÆc % cña bÒ réng lÊy theo kinh nghiÖm N tÝnh theo ph-¬ng tr×nh:  N  200  0.0017 L  0.0067 H  1  0.000125S 2  Trong ®ã: N: ChiÒu dµi tèi thiÓu ®o vu«ng gãc víi ®-êng trôc cña gèi (mm). L: ChiÒu dµi cña mÆt cÇu ®Õn khe co gi·n l©n cËn (mm). H: ChiÒu cao trung b×nh cña c¸c cét ®ì kÕt cÊu nhÞp cÇu ®Õn khe co gi·n gÇn nhÊt (mm). S: §é chÐo cña gèi ®o ®-îc tõ ®-êng vu«ng gãc víi nhÞp (®é) 1.1.2. LËp c¸c tæ hîp t¶i träng t¸c dông lªn trô + §Ó x¸c ®Þnh gi¸ trÞ néi lùc bÊt lîi nhÊt, ta cÇn xÐt tÊt c¶ c¸c tæ hîp t¶i träng bÊt lîi cã thÓ x¶y ra. Theo quy tr×nh AASHTO ta cã c¸c tæ hîp t¶i träng sau: - Tæ hîp t¶i träng theo tr¹ng th¸i giíi h¹n c-êng ®é I cho hÖ sè t¶i träng th-êng xuyªn lín nhÊt. - Tæ hîp t¶i träng theo tr¹ng th¸i giíi h¹n c-êng ®é Ia cho hÖ sè t¶i träng th-êng xuyªn nhá nhÊt. - Tæ hîp t¶i träng theo tr¹ng th¸i giíi h¹n c-êng ®é V cho hÖ sè t¶i träng th-êng xuyªn lín nhÊt. - Tæ hîp t¶i träng theo tr¹ng th¸i giíi h¹n c-êng ®é Va cho hÖ sè t¶i träng th-êng xuyªn nhá nhÊt. - Tæ hîp t¶i träng theo tr¹ng th¸i giíi h¹n sö dông I. - Tæ hîp t¶i träng ®Æc biÖt II ( Extreme II ) Ta xÐt víi 2 tiÕt diÖn : TiÕt diÖn ch©n trô ngµm vµo bÖ mãng ( TiÕt diÖn I ) TiÕt diÖn ®¸y bÖ mãng ( TiÕt diÖn II ) B¶ng tæng hîp néi lùc t¸c dông lªn tiÕt diÖn I Tr-êng hîp 1 lµn xÕp lÖch t©m N Hd Hn Md Mn MAX KN KN KN KNm KNm DC1 35420 0 DW 2089 DB 1539 LL 2318 0 9272 BR 81.25 2031.25 WS 1183.50 24374.48
