Bài viết tiến hành đánh giá hoạt tính prebiotics của sinh khối hệ sợi nấm Linh chi (Ganoderma lucidum) bằng phương pháp nuôi cấy dịch thể. The capsular material from Lactobacillus plantarum IMB19, an isolate from fermented vegetables, has been analyzed and our results demonstrate that most of the coat of this bacterium consists of glycerol- and ribitol-type teichoic acids, further decorated with other substituents (α-glucose and alanine), and of a capsular polysaccharide (CPS) with a linear nonasaccharide repeating unit, rich in rhamnose, interconnected to the next via a phosphodiester bridge.

Trong nghiên cứu này, cao nấm Linh chi giàu polysaccharide (PS) được thu nhận bằng nhiều kỹ thuật trích ly khác nhau như: nước nóng, nước nóng có hỗ trợ siêu âm, enzyme (enzyme-assisted extraction - EAE) và enzyme có hỗ trợ siêu âm. Tổng hàm lượng PS cao nhất là 3,721 ±0,134% đối với UAEE, cao hơn so với HWE (1,783±0,156%), UHWE (1,886±0,148%) và EAE (2,133±0,139%). Cao nấm Linh chi được thử nghiệm hoạt tính kháng ôxy hóa với gốc tự do 2,2-diphenyl-1-1picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) và năng lực khử sắt.
