The findings from the research revealed the students’ troubles in practicing TOEIC through TikTok regarding 3 main themes: technical, psychological and pedagogical issues. Based on the given challenges, some solutions were also suggested by both teachers and students to improve the effectiveness of practicing TOEIC on TikTok.

This article focuses on the social judgment theory and its application to examine consumer reactions to businesses. For businesses that apply green marketing strategies in their operations, consumer judgment has different characteristics, which moderates and alters the intention and behaviour of consuming green products. This study explores the way in which Primary School Principals perceive and experience emotions in their day-to-day lives. To understand the varying elements of school leadership a qualitative research approach using semi-structured interviews was used, which was appropriate due to the social and psychological nature of the topic being studied. Two interviews were conducted a year apart with participants to provide a detailed examination of the participants’ experiences and to gain deeper insights into their perceptions of emotions in their work.
