- Talk to Ss about life in the city and life in the country by asking some questions.
- Model 3 times and get students to repeat.
- Get Ss to talk about city life and country life.
- Ask Ss to read the dialogue between Na and Hoa and compare their ideas.
- Give feedback
- Get Ss to work in pairs to answer the questions in exercise 2 on p. 73
- Ask Ss to work in pairs to answer the questions.
- Open pairs / Closed pairs
- Divide the class into 4 groups. Two groups include Ss who prefer the city life and the others include Ss who prefer the country life.
- Ask Ss to work in groups to answer the questions
- Ask Ss from 4 groups to show their ideas before class
E. Consolidation unit Country life and city life
T asks students to summarize the dialogue between Hoa and Na.
F. Homework
- Prepare Speak and Language Focus 3
- Write a paragraph about the city / the country
