The article addresses the topic of training human resources for Vietnam's tourism industry in the context of Industry 4.0. It discusses the current demands and proposes training orientations for Vietnam's tourism human resources to adapt to this revolution.

This study identifies 38 endangered and rare plant species. Among them, 20 species in Vietnam Red Data Book 2007; 20 species belong to Decree No. 84/2021/ND-CP; 16 species belong to Appendix II of CITES (2024), and 4 species belong to IUCN (2024). Simultaneously, this study added summary information about the conservation status, life forms, geographical factors, and uses of 38 plant endangered and rare species in Me Linh Station for Biodiversity, Vinh Phuc province.

This study was done to investigate the phytochemicals of plants of Ceratophyllum demersum grown in Lam Dong Province. Five compounds, cyclocolorenone (1), 1α-hydroxycyclocolorenone (2), lupeol (3), betullinic acid (4), and chakyunglupulin B (5) were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Ceratophyllum demersum.

Thin layer chromatography and column chromatography were performed from the ethyl acetate extraction of the bark stem of Phyllanthus acidus, and six terpenoids were isolated, including four diterpenes and two triterpenes. Their names were phyllanthol (1), 19-acetoxy-16α, 17- dihydroxy-ent-kaurane (2), 16α, 17-dihydroxy-ent-kaurane (3), 16α,17-acetonide-3αhydroxykauran (4), maslinic acid (5) and phyllane A (6).

This study investigated the influence of culture media and culture time on the antioxidant and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities of the methanol extract obtained from the mycobiont of Graphis handelii. Different culture media, including MIX, PDA, and SAB4%, were employed to culture the mycobiont, and the biomass was harvested during different culture periods (4, 8, and 12 weeks).

A fragment-based approach has been applied to derive 2-(7-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-4- yl)acetic acid 1 into 4 new coumarin derivatives 2a-d through amide bonds. The compounds were screened for their anticancer activity using MTT assay on MCF-7 and HepG2 cell lines.

The paper "The status-quo of myopia among high school pupils at Thanh Oai B high school, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi, 2023" to describe the status-quo of school myopia among pupils at Thanh Oai B High School, Thanh Oai District, Hanoi, in 2023. This study reveals a high incident rate of myopia (46.4%) among students at Thanh Oai B High School, highlighting the need for targeted interventions and preventive measures.

To develop the Bio-pharmacology major at the university level, a comprehensive survey of invertebrate arthropods (Arthropoda) and annelids (Annelida) utilized as Vietnamese traditional medicines was conducted. Phytochemical study of Knema saxatilis stems led to the isolation of six known compounds. Their chemical structures were determined as 8-hydroxy eriodictyol (1), (2S)-7-hydroxy-3′,4′-methylenedioxideflavan (2), sitostenone (3), protocatechuic acid (4), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (5) and vanillin (6) using NMR and MS spectral data.

This study aims to generate the system of histone deacetylase enzymes (HDAC) with its cofactor zinc ion using two different parameter models and application of molecular dynamic (MD) study for structure of HDAC2 and vorinostat ligand. OECD guidelines were applied. Mice were divided into 7 groups consisting of 30 females and 10 males each. In which, the control group received the solvent, only females or males in 4 other groups were taken the testing samples (32), and both females and males of 2 remain groups were given those samples. Mice were given oral samples at a dose of 288 or 576 mg/kg/day × 7 consecutive days depending on individual group.

The study was carried out in Wistar rats for 4 consecutive weeks by oral administration at the doses of 0.77 and 2.32g/kg/day. After treatment, no significant treatment-related abnormalities were observed at both doses of Boga-TN, compared to the control group, except for the white blood cells, with lower neutrophil but higher lymphocyte values observed in the treated animals. Histopathology assessment did not show any significant variation between control and treatment groups during the study period.
