The research of “Difficulties and mistakes in writing English of grade 10th students at The Asian International School, Cao Thang campus” is write to find out difficulties when students write English. This study will point out fields that students mostly have such as grammar, vocabulary, coherence, logic or structure of an essay. Therefore, this research can provide us with solutions to answer this problem.

Speaking skill is one of the most necessary skills to communicate in the real life. In learning a foreign language, it is more and more important to learn this skill. This study aims to enhance the oral communication skills (conversations) of HPU (Hải Phòng Private University) first-year English majors. The sample of the study consists of 25 students (20 female students and 5 male students from NA2101); all of them are juniors students at English department (ED) at HPU. I have used random sample method.

Bài này giới thiệu một cách tiếp cận phân tích cú pháp tiếng Việt sử dụng văn phạm cấu trúc đoạn hướng trung tâm (Head-Driven Phrase Structure Grammar - HPSG). Cách tiếp cận này cho phép xử lý các vấn đề bùng nổ tổ hợp, nhập nhằng cấu trúc, và các câu đặc biệt bằng cách sử dụng các luật cấu tạo cú pháp và ràng buộc ngữ nghĩa. Chúng tôi đề xuất cách biểu diễn và quản lý luật HPSG cho tiếng Việt dựa trên các đặc điểm riêng của ngôn ngữ này. Đồng thời, chúng tôi đề xuất các cải tiến với giải thuật Earley cho HPSG.
