The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Electronic word of mouth through social networking platforms on purchase intention of Vietnamese customers in cosmetics field. To conduct the study, the author built up five hypotheses based on the previous studies about EWOM. The outcomes obtained from the data analysis have made the picture clearer when among different factors of eWOM, the quality of eWOM information, the attitude of eWOM information regarding cosmetics have positive impact on cosmetic purchase intention of Vietnamese customers.

The main objective of the research is to examine internet banking service quality’s impact on customer satisfaction of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV). This study is a quantitative study using the SERVQUAL model developed by Parasuraman et al. (1988) in internet banking service to define 5 dimensions of internet banking service quality as independent variables and customer satisfaction is the dependent variable. Questionnaires were also given for 320 customers and 300 surveys which were valid for analysis.

This paper explores the sugar value chain in Vietnam by applying the Value Chain Analysis for Development (VCA4D) tool. We explored the geographical distribution, value chain organization and social impacts associated with the sugar value chain as a means to facilitate its sustainability assessment. The VECM model estimation results show that in the short term, all three factors, namely GDP per capita, foreign direct investment, and trade openness, have an impact on reducing CO2 emissions in Vietnam. Mean while, the results of the Johansen cointegration analysis show that GDP per capita and foreign direct investment have a negative impact on reducing CO2 emissions in the long run.

From the surveyed data of 298 domestic tourists, we conduct Logistic Regression analysis to investigate the relationship between eWOM about the destination, the destination's image (eWOM_IM), facilities (eWOM_FA), and tourists' preference for the destination (PREF).

The results of the analysis displayed that the model was acceptable which explained that variable such as environment, discount price, payment procedures and facility affect impulsive buying in traditional markets. Thus, it may be concluded that impulsive buying behavior in modern markets and traditional markets is similar. When discount prices contributed the greatest influence on the traditional markets, in modern markets, the impact was even more profound.

House of Risk Method is used to identify the most potential risk agents, while the fuzzy reasoning risk assessment model is used to determine the risk severity by risk agents. Based on the analysis, it is found that risk agent stock out of the product is the most potential risk agent in this industry. To reduce the impact, mitigation strategies are suggested for stock out product risk agents in warehouse are flexible supply base, safety stock, internal coordination, as well as create and control production schedules.
